About Nuvidence

Nuvidence is a market intelligence tool built around one job: helping you understand why a stock or the market moved, using real evidence rather than predictions.

Most financial data sites show you a number. Nuvidence tries to show you the evidence behind that number — where it came from, how confident it is, how it compares with history, and what's still unknown. That includes saying so plainly when no verified explanation exists for a move, rather than manufacturing a story to fill the space.

Nuvidence is not a broker and does not place trades. It does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold anything. It surfaces evidence and historical context so you can form your own view.

What it does

  • Shows real price and volume moves, and how unusual they are relative to a stock's own history.
  • Tracks historical earnings reactions — how a stock has actually moved after past reports, not just this one.
  • Sources company and financial facts from SEC EDGAR where possible, rather than an unnamed data vendor.
  • Answers follow-up questions through Opender, an assistant grounded in the same evidence shown on the page, not free-floating commentary.

Where it stands

Nuvidence is an actively developed product. Coverage and depth vary by ticker — some names have rich historical data and sourced fundamentals, others honestly show less. As more real evidence becomes available for a given stock, the page reflects that; it never fills a gap with a guess.
